We deliver private new-build homes to architectural brief across Greater Manchester and the North West. Every project is one-off, from substantial single-dwelling commissions to smaller plots being built out for private clients.
What stays constant is the way we run the job: commercial discipline applied to a residential build. Itemised pricing, a real programme, a single named project lead, and the same long-standing subcontractors on the trades that matter.

02 / Extensions and renovations
Reshape the home you already have.
Single and double-storey extensions, full home refurbishments, basement and loft conversions, kitchen and bathroom rebuilds. We run extensions and renovations the same way we run new builds: as a main contractor, with one point of accountability.
Living in the home while we work? We can sequence the build to keep at least part of the property liveable through most of the programme, with daily site close-down and a clean handover at the end of each day.

03 / Commercial fit-out and refurbishment
Offices, retail, hospitality, industrial.
We deliver fit-out and refurbishment for commercial occupiers and landlords across Manchester city centre and the wider North West. From a single floor of offices to a full retail unit or hospitality space, we sequence the work around your operating hours, your tenants and your trading.
Cat A, Cat B, dilapidations or full refurbishment, we work to your design team's specification or coordinate the design ourselves. Out-of-hours and phased delivery is standard, not an upcharge.

Main contractor delivery for residential and mixed-use schemes.
We act as main contractor for property developers on residential and mixed-use schemes across the North West. From small apartment schemes to multi-unit residential, we deliver on a JCT contract with clear costs, defended programmes and the same transparent reporting we provide to private clients.
Whether you bring us in at pre-construction stage to value-engineer the design or at tender stage on a fixed-cost basis, the structure is the same: itemised pricing, monthly reporting, a single project director on your side of the table.
